When Benallack was a working farm, the roundhouse was a large room where a horse walked round and round on a windlass to drive the corn mill. It is now a wonderful space overlooking the garden, with a beautiful antique Steinway grand piano and very good acoustics. It can be booked for musical workshops, fund-raising events and small concerts (up to 70 people), or as a rehearsal venue for musicians.
Musicians who are guests in the Bullpen, the Dairy or the Hayloft may use the room by prior arrangement.
We can also provide delicious homemade food for your workshop or event, from light lunches to buffet suppers.
