If coming from the A30, take the exit marked Grampound Road (a village) and follow signs for the village. Go through the village, past the shop on your left. Take the first lane on your left after leaving the village. Go down that lane for about a mile, past some old vehicles, until you come to two semi-detached cottages on your left (East and West Benallack Cottages).  There is a triangle of grass in front of the cottages with a couple of Cornish palm trees.  Turn left in front of the cottages down a tarmac lane marked “Public footpath”.

If coming from St Austell turn right at the last lane in Grampound which has a pet shop on the corner (Fal Valley Pets). The lane is also marked Tredinnick Quarry.  Go up that lane for about a mile, past a bungalow on the left and round a righthand bend until you come to two semi-detached cottages straight ahead of you (East and West Benallack Cottages). There is a triangle of grass in front of the cottages with a couple of Cornish palm trees.  Turn right in front of the cottages down a tarmac lane marked “Public footpath”.

If coming from Truro turn left after Trewithen Gardens towards Grampound Road. Take the first lane on your right (about a mile from the main road) opposite a 30 mph sign with three black stripes. Go down that lane for about a mile, past some old vehicles, until you come to two semi-detached cottages on your left (East and West Benallack Cottages).  There is a triangle of grass in front of the cottages with a couple of Cornish palm trees.  Turn left in front of the cottages down a tarmac lane marked “Public footpath”.

At the end of the drive you will see a white georgian farmhouse on the left.  For the Dairy, turn left behind the farmhouse and go past the gate on the right to the parking area along the wall.  For the Bullpen, do not turn behind the farmhouse but continue a few metres down the unmade lane where you will see The Bullpen front door and gravelled parking space on the left.
